The Communications & Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, producing, and distributing clear, timely, and cohesive communications for worship and the life of the congregation.

- Create and produce the weekly worship bulletin (layout, content coordination, proofreading, and print-ready preparation).
- Create bulletins and supporting materials for additional services and seasons (Holy Week, memorial services, Mourning Light, and other special services).
- Create and distribute the weekly newsletter (content collection, editing, scheduling, and distribution).
This role coordinates weekly and special-service print materials, email and mass communications, social media content, and website updates to ensure members and guests stay informed and engaged.
