Help Sustain Our Growth

Dear Royal Lane Family,

Last week you should have received a statement in the mail with your record of giving for the year. First and foremost, I want to say thank you. Your giving has been instrumental in allowing our church to grow and thrive, and we are ahead of where we anticipated in terms of revenue for the year. This is a true testament to the faithfulness and commitment of our congregation.

However, with growth comes new challenges. While we celebrate being ahead of our financial projections, we’ve also encountered some unexpected expenses as we continue to expand our ministries and facilities. Your continued support is more important than ever as we navigate these opportunities and challenges together.

There are lots of exciting things happening at Royal Lane. We’ve welcomed many new members into our church family (57 people since January 2023!), which is a blessing and a sign of our vibrant community. Our youth program is expanding, offering more opportunities for our young people to grow in their faith. We’ve also seen an exciting surge in attendance in our children’s ministry—so much so that at times we’re running out of space! And given a growing number of young adults in our congregation, we are planning to start a new adult Sunday school class to ensure everyone has a place to fellowship and learn.

While these are exciting signs of growth, they cannot be sustained without monetary support. Your gifts make a tangible difference. As we move forward, I encourage you to continue supporting our mission and vision. If you’re behind schedule on your giving, I encourage you to catch up. If you’re on track or have already completed your pledge, I hope you’ll consider increasing your contributions or making an additional gift to the church. If you haven’t made a pledge or given to the church this year, I hope you'll consider changing that today at www.royallane.org/give.

Thank you once again for your faithfulness to our beloved community of faith. I continue to be so proud to be your pastor.
