Breaking Bread: At Peace with Mind and Body presented by Dottie Brashear and Sarah Fuller Phillips.
Dottie Brashear has been a dietitian for over 13 years. She currently works in whole person health as an engagement consultant. Dottie will be sharing her journey to encourage you to live free of food guilt and body empowerment.
Sarah Fuller Phillips has extensive personal experience with body acceptance, as well as five years working in counseling relationships with clients in recovery from eating disorders at Seattle Pacific University. One of her main goals is the help herself and others accept their bodies and selves and live from an empowered perspective. She and Dottie will discuss our relationship with our bodies, food and each other.
